Ivan Lammerant

I am an international teacher, trainer, and event organizer while concurrently a professional illustrator. Since 1992, I have been teaching narrative illustration drawing and comics throughout my career in various international schools, from Canada (Montreal) to Belgium (Namur). I am also an eager student of life, always ready to embrace the next adventure, whether that be a new country, drawing technique or professional project.
Symbolism of the proposed illustration: the legend of Archangel Saint Michael slaying the Dragon.
The year 2020 has been one that could only strengthen my choice to capture these two symbols in my drawing. To me, they represent the fight against an invisible evil: a story that, perhaps, ends well?
