everything
and the noise from the boulevard
kept hurting my ears
until I moved again
and the drinks copious
and the people inseparable by eye
and panic attacks in subway carts
I remember everything
and quiet days hiding, too
brussels you dirty beast
forever in my heart
forever in my bones
I bow to you
tired but ever amused
